1997 Porsche 911 Carrera S (993 C2S)

Gaswerks Garage is proud to present our 1997 Porsche 911 Carrera S. The Carrera S shares the Turbo model’s body shell, but housed the naturally aspirated engine in the rear. The Carrera S model had slightly lowered suspension as compared to standard Carrera models. The all-wheel-drive 4S is heavier than the Carrera S due to the former’s all wheel drive system, resulting in the Carrera S having a curb weight of only 3,064 lbs. Due to this, the S has a quicker acceleration time and a slightly greater top speed than the 4S. The wide bodywork is widely acclaimed for its rear looks, and the wider tires result in excellent road holding. The Carrera S is one of the most valuable 993 variant. Production of the Carrera S amounted to 1,752 examples for all of North America during the entire 993 series production run (in part because they were manufactured only for the 1997 model year. 1973 Porsche 911 S Coupe

Gaswerks Garage is pleased to present our 1973 Porsche 911 S sunroof coupe finished in Silver Metallic over a black interior.  Coveted for its iconic styling, spirited 2.4L engine and exhilarating driving characteristics, the “S” model coupe remains one of the most collectible air-cooled 911’s to date.  Having undergone extensive maintenance work as well as a full engine-out service, this pristine 1973 example is now being offered with approximately 25k miles showing on the odometer. The Silver Metallic paint on our 911 S is stated to have been professionally refinished several years ago and stands in exemplary condition.  Additionally, all exterior trim pieces show very well.  Some noteworthy features include a desirable factory sunroof as well as Fuchs wheels which come wrapped in Michelin tires.  Further enhancing both the performance and stance of this 911 S are Koni shock absorbers. The fully restored black partial leather interior is in excellent condition.  Features include an original Blaupunkt radio, original steering wheel, factory optioned Sport Seats, and tinted glass all-around.  This 911 remains entirely unmodified with all gauges, electrical components and accessories fully functional. This 911 S carries its original 2.4L fuel-injected flat-six engine that sends approximately 190 HP to the rear wheels by way of a crisp 5-speed manual transmission.  A full engine-out service/rebuild was carried out in May 2019 by our technicians at Gaswerks Garage.  During this time, the gearbox was completely resealed, and all engine internals were assessed and repaired as needed.  Offered in true turn-key condition, this 911 S is in excellent running condition. Our outstanding 911 S will include a certificate of authenticity, two keys, and an original spare tire.  This vehicle is accompanied by a clear New Jersey title and is waiting to be enjoyed by a lucky new owner.  Showing to be an impeccably well-sorted example inside and out, this 1973 911 S is not to be overlooked.
