Driven to America celebrates the history of the air-cooled Porsche along with the man that was responsible for introducing the Marque to America. Driven to America signifies the moment in history when Maximilian Hoffman made a deal with Ferdinand (Ferry) Porsche to import the air-cooled sports cars to America in 1951. On October 14, 2018, Porsche owners, racers, collectors, and fans will gather for a historic event at the de Seversky Mansion on Long Island, NY. Some of the Marques most important and special road and race cars will be on display along with the people who drive the passion.
