The Porsche 356 is considered the grandfather of Porsche. Released in 1948, the car was designed by Ferry Porsche, Ferdinand Porsche’s son. The car was revolutionary, using designs and components from the Volkswagen beetle, it was a car that no one had ever seen before, it was the car that put Porsche on the map.

Rainer has been restoring 356s since the 1970’s and knows these cars inside and out. This is one of best looking 356’s we have seen. Featuring a NOS 1750cc engine, this 356 really flies and sounds great while doing it! One of the best 356s on the market today! During restoration, this car was fully stripped to bare metal, as you can see in the restoration photos, this car is as straight as an arrow underneath the paint! The 4-cylinder, air cooled engine runs beautifully, no strange noises or smoke. The transmission shifts smoothly with no grinding or clunking. These cars are known to run like a Swiss Watch. A pure driving experience that brings you back in time. Recent upgrades include: Headlights, LED dash lights, Tool kit replaced, Marchal fog lights, Rejetted Carbs.

The interior looks better than new! There are no rips, scuffs or stains, it looks like it just came out of the factory! The red leather interior gives the beige exterior a beautiful contrast.
